I tend to spend a good amount of my time during Lent focused on practicing the virtue of temperance through prayer and examining where I tend to go beyond the healthy and natural proportions of enjoying God's gifts and for what those gifts were intended. I found this video from Bobby Angel at Ascension to be a great fit for this month's virtue theme. Love the inclusion of St. Augustine's quote, "To live well is nothing other than to love God with all one’s heart, with all one’s soul and with all one’s efforts; from this it comes about that love is kept whole and uncorrupted (through temperance)..."
